reserved sun beds poor sound

The sun beds were reserved early, even when unoccupied. This was annoying! staff should have removed the towels. the tv sound quality was POOR and distorted.

The breakfast buffet had many options and various cuisines. Fresh bread, including sourdough, was baked daily. It tasted superb. Three egg stations prepared eggs to order, and the gelato bar offered great value with many flavors. The gym features modern equipment, including weights and AC. I saw yoga classes scheduled daily.

Some service staff was overwhelmed. GUESTS seemed LIKE an inconvenience.

The bus shuttle to Bali Collection shopping mall provided convenience. The resort felt spacious and had a good vibe, with plenty of beach beds and outdoor pool options. I found the overall experience very accommodating.

I found the beautiful pool access room to be beautiful and clean. The location of the room was ideal for family stays. Direct beach access was very convenient and exploration with taxis was simple. so I am happy.

Evening restaurant offered reasonable prices with local and international dishes. I would reserve a table! The resort has multiple pools including diving boards, however none are adults only. The hotel is massive and kept well.

The breakfast provided various options of fruits, Balinese, Indian, vegetarian, and European food. There is a supermarket fifteen minutes away, selling fruit and beer. Several restaurants are located close by, but the onsite bistro is great.

Excellent Stay with Beach Access

The location had direct beach access, a great plus. I found many dining options nearby and was able to walk to them easily. The staff ensured my room was made up daily and restocked items. I appreciated the well-kept gardens. They were very beautiful.

The check-in process WAS slow! i had to wait a bit longer than expected.

The staff provided excellent service overall. They were very friendly and helpful. Many staff members remembered my name. The team at Gading provided really good service, really making my experience nice.

Breakfast included many choices at the buffet. It was excellent. Homaya Restaurant served good food, so i dined there several times. I found the dining experience in all restaurants to be satisfactory.

My room included a very comfortable bed, great for restful sleep. The room had big space. It was kept clean throughout my stay. Housekeeping ensured that everything was super clean.
